THE BODY BELLY CHALLENGE
I'm so excited to be part of this exciting collaboration with Amanda from Simplee Yoga, Wagga Wagga.
I know how much yoga has helped and changed me - I want others to experience the incredible healing and personal development that it creates too!
Combined with a wonderful, nutritious blueprint for 30 days - you will notice changes...not just in how your clothes feel, but also your mental clarity and emotional resilience. Eating unprocessed, simple food is all I'm asking you to do on this challenge.
You may be challenged with re-organising your life to fit in these new habits but I hope you will embrace them as "keepers". Not just for 30 days but for life - for long term wellness, you need to make changes if your current life is working out for you. So yes, this may be difficult at times, but this is where the gold happens...Amanda and I will be there to help work through the peaks and troughs of this Body Belly Challenge.
You will emerge changed. Be kind, be gentle, be slow. You can't do it all at once, so take the things that you like and work for you and let these new additions help create the new version of you!
